According to Gandhi “Education is an all round drawing out of the best in child and man–body, mind and spirit” .The all round development of the child is taking place in the school where is teacher is an important factor. So education is a dynamic phenomenon. A sound and effective system of education results in the unfold of learners potentialities enlargement of competencies and transformation of their interest ,attitudes ,aptitudes and values.
Education aims at making children capable of becoming responsible ,productive and useful members of society .If however education were to be treated as a routine affair where children take part in the rat race to get a piece of paper called diploma or a degree finally ,then the whole purpose of education is lost. So the Christ Convent School aims at the all round development of a child .The curriculum of the school is totally based on child and activity centered.
